Pricing questions.

What happens after the 7-day free trial?

Your selected plan activates automatically on day 8. Cancel anytime before the trial ends from the dashboard and you will not be charged. We ask for a credit card up front so you never lose monitoring coverage during the transition.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Upgrades to Pro also activate the additional platforms and services immediately.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet. Monthly billing keeps things flexible for now and means you can cancel without friction if it is not a fit. Annual billing with a modest discount is on the roadmap.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you are not charged at all. After that, we do not prorate or refund partial months, but you can cancel at any time from the dashboard and service continues through the end of your paid month.

Are there any per-user or per-seat charges?

No. Starter is a flat $299 per month for 2 platforms. Pro is a flat $599 per month for all 4 platforms with up to 250 users and resources. No per-user pricing, no tier creep as you grow.

What if my business grows beyond 250 users?

Reach out and we will scope custom pricing. Most small businesses we work with are well under 250, and Pro covers them completely. Above that, we build a tailored agreement.
